Precision Mobile Lube provides mobile automotive maintenance services at your home, workplace, or other approved location. Services may include oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and other add-on services listed on our website.
All services depend on technician availability, weather conditions, and safe workability at your chosen service location.

Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:
• Provide accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, and engine type.
• Ensure safe and legal access to your vehicle.
• Remove personal items that could hinder service.
• Ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, level area where maintenance is permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary depending on vehicle requirements (oil type, quantity, filter type, etc.).
Payments may be made online or in person at the time of service. By completing a booking, you agree to pay all charges associated with your service.
Taxes may apply based on your location.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the service begins.
If a technician arrives and the service cannot be performed due to unsafe conditions, incorrect vehicle information, or customer absence, we may charge a trip fee at our discretion.
We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services for weather, emergencies, or other operational reasons.

Warranty & Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you believe a service was not performed correctly, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and address the issue.
We do not cover:
• Pre-existing vehicle issues
• Damage unrelated to the services we performed
• Failures caused by lack of maintenance, mechanical defects, or aftermarket modifications
• Issues caused by inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Mobile Lube LLC is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income or loss of use
• Mechanical failures unrelated to services we provided
• Damages resulting from hazardous work environments or customer negligence
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Precision Mobile Lube is not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, worn components, or failures that occur during normal servicing or immediately afterward.

Customer-Provided Parts
If you request installation of customer-supplied parts, you agree that:
• We are not responsible for defects in customer-supplied parts
• No warranty applies to services involving non-supplied parts
• You assume all risk associated with using your own materials

Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment
By booking a service, you agree that your vehicle is in operable condition unless otherwise disclosed. We are not responsible for issues that arise due to pre-existing mechanical problems, leaks, worn components, or engine failures that occur before, during, or after service.

Changes to Services or Pricing
We may update service offerings, pricing, or policies at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
